GENERAL DESCRIPTION This pass cannot be used by residents of United Kingdom (England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales). This pass offers unlimited travel on the rail networks of England including Thames link trains and transportation from Gatwick, Heathrow and Stansted Airports to London. Bordering cities are: Carlisle, Berwick Upon Tweed, Lyndey, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Hereford, Bucknell, Shrewsbury, Chirk, Crewe , Chester and West Kirby.
CONDITIONS OF USE Pass must be validated (stamped at the train station) within 6 months of the issuance date.
AFTER SALES A 15% cancellation penalty applies to completely unused and unvalidated passes returned within 6 months of issue date. Partially used, lost or stolen passes are non-refundable.
How to activate my pass?
You must activate or validate your Rail Pass at the train station. A railway staff will write down the first and last day of validity on your pass and will stamp it. Who can get
People with a permanent residence outside of the United Kingdom, for more than six months, are eligible to purchase or use a Britrail Consecutive or Flexi pass.
The Pass is not valid for residents of Europe.
How to use
Vallidation Passes must be validated within 6 months of issuing date by a railway official in the United Kingdom (station’s desk) who also fills in the passport number
Passes must be validated prior to boarding the first train or using a bonus
Passes are actual travel documents and do not need to be exchanged
The date of travel has to be entered in the correct way before boarding the first train/bonus, by the traveller, in the corresponding box of the calendar
7:00pm rule If an overnight train starts after 7:00pm on a validated BritRail Pass, the pass holder must enter the next day’s date on the pass, provided it falls within the validity of the pass

A. The minimum check-in time for passengers with Business First tickets is 20 minutes. For passengers boarding ski trains, and passengers holding regular tickets, check-in time is 30 minutes.

A. No, but we do offer discounted rate for many of our tickets and passes for Youth passengers. To qualify for a Youth Pass, you must be under age 26 on the first day of travel.
A. You can print your tickets from the convenience of your home or you can retrieve them from self-service machines in London St Pancras, Brussels Midi or Paris Nord station before boarding your Eurostar train.
A. Eurostar Business Premier passengers will be offered a 3-course meal with refreshments at seat meanwhile in Standard Premier, you will get a light and cold meal with refreshments at seat. A bar buffet car with a selection of food and beverages for purchase is also available on Standard class.

Eurostar Direct services to Disneyland Resort Paris have a longer booking period and are made available further in advance. And Eurostar Direct seasonal services to the French Alps and Avignon are opened for sale for the entire season.
A. Eurostar Direct Services can connect you directly from London to Paris, but also Brussels, Lille, Disneyland Paris and on a seasonal basis to Avignon in summer and to the French Alps during winter with a single weekly connection.

Business Premier passengers can check-in just 10 minutes before departure whereas Standard Premier and Standard passengers need to check-in 30 minutes before departure. To ensure you have time to go through the security checks and passport control, we would recommend you arriving at the station at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure with Eurostar.
